Also bump pythonize from 0.23.0 to 0.24.0, otherwise we couldn't compile as pythonize 0.23.0 required pyo3 "^0.23.0". Addresses [RUSTSEC-2025-0020](https://rustsec.org/advisories/RUSTSEC-2025-0020), although Synapse is not affected as we don't make use of `PyString::from_object`.
